Funastrum hirtellum - hairy milkweed. It's similar to climbing or twining milkweed, Funastrum cynanchoides. This host of the Queen butterfly was growing along the path to Lost Palms Canyon on the south side of Joshua Tree National Park north of Chiriaco Summit. March 21, 2020.
